Leading ERGs in Times of Crisis

Stanford University’s People of Color in Technology (POC-IT) and Stanford Women in Technology (WIT) Program Leads discuss the successes and challenges of running Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) during a global pandemic and racial unrest. Attendees will learn from a current higher ed case study and have the opportunity to share what’s happening in their own organizations. Attendees will walk away with strategies, resources, and tips for keeping ERG members connected while working from home, hosting engaging virtual meetings, working with executive and senior leadership to create meaningful action, and much more.
